"I have been most impressed by the maintenance crew and their swift and diligent work. Jacoby and a couple others I've met have been exceptional since I've moved here. I appreciate most of the office staff. Though I've tried reaching out for help on the website to leave reviews and place work orders, and know I'm not the only one, that hasn't been resolved. But the office staff such as Alec and Valeri, have been wonderful and responsive to my needs. As far as amenities, I know it's not the maintenance fault at all, I think the laundry area needs to be replaced and revamped. And I've been waiting on a hose you wash my car for aa minutes"

"I have lived at this residence for two and a half years and I must say that although I was happy with the old management, I am far more delighted with the management and the staff. Since Bridge management has taken new management, I have seen various improvements in the complex and they are yet working on beautifying the area and adding better amenities. The leasing managers are very helpful and if you are kind to them, they are even nicer to you. Our new leasing managers make the time to speak to each guest and although they are quite busy, they have never been rude nor unpleasant to those who approach then in a courteous manner. The office is now VERY professional and they always make sure that each person is addressed when walking through the door. I am yet loving the spacious apartment that I have and I have never felt unsafe. I would definitely recommend this complex and I am certain that any new resident would be quite pleased. The location is perfect and close to anything that anyone would need and it is close the neighborhood schools. I intend to live here until I obtain my own home because the price can't be beaten for all of the perks that come with this complex."
