BRC provides financing for properties owned and managed by Bridge as well as for a number of third party clients – both large and small.  In 2005, BRC recognized a void existed in the marked for the arrangement of competitive financing alternatives with loan amounts under $3 mm.  As a result, a “Small Loan Department” was formed to specialize in commercial and multi-family properties valued under $4 mm.  BRC addresses this market need by offering competitive terms with streamlined processing and lower transactional costs than larger loans.
