The
senior executives at Bridge Development have successfully developed projects ranging
from multi-family to single-family, from office to mixed- use land and
recreational projects over the past ten years valued at more than $100
million.
Bridge has, and is currently, engaged in a variety of
development activities including the master planning and development of
large mixed-use land and recreational subdivisions in New Mexico and Idaho,
along with multi-family (both apartment and condominiums) housing, golf
courses and one hotel project. The
group specializes in structured financing arrangements including tax credit
equity and bonding (specifically with affordable housing projects) along
with mezzanine debt and capital. Over
the past fifteen years, Bridge has developed the expertise, technical
skills, local relationships and project management capabilities required for
projects of this type. We have
the experience required to work with various local government agencies and
architectural design firms as well as to perform the necessary construction
management and project management oversight.
Bridge Development’s focus is to find and develop
opportunities that offer notable upside potential for Bridge as well as our
affiliated investors. Diligence
